- Bought my 1934 pickup in 1957. stored it in 1968. Started restoration in 1999 and completed in June 2009. I retired in 1991, and was an advid hunter and fisher. Not involved in either at present. I did most of the restoration myself, and am self taught re mechanicals and body work . I also drive a 1954 MG TF which I have owned since 1995. Still married to Barbara, whom I dated when I bought the pickup. I have yet to attend a Fordbarn event, but it is my to do list. Will only attend if I can drive the pickup.
We live on the St Clair River, that borders on Michigan.
