Oil Report-Time to Rebuild?

Take a look at this oil report I just got back. Is it time to rebuild the engine?

Take a look at this oil report I just got back. Is it time to rebuild the engine?

Attachment 586339

Here's the background I sent them:

The heads were rebuilt 2,372 miles ago due to a burnt valve. After re-assembly I ran it for 16 miles on the old oil then 1,004 miles on the first (2021) sample that I sent in. After I sent that sample in I changed the oil and added 395 miles and sent the second (2023) sample in. I changed the oil after 79 miles, then added 656 miles at which point I added 1/2 quart of Lucas Hot Rod 20W-50 make-up oil (I only chose this weight because it was what I had around). Then I added 222 miles which gets us to today. I do not use leaded fuel or a lead additive, just Sta-bil 360.

The odometer shows 14,180 miles (rolled over at least once). It’s hard to estimate mileage on the short block/bottom end. The cylinder walls had good crosshatching, but the spark plugs get oily so I assume it is burning some oil. Based on the condition of the paint I’m assuming the car went through a somewhat cheap restoration in the 1980s and the engine may have been rebuilt at this time. The cylinders were stamped .040 so it’s definitely been rebuilt. The casting number on the block and the engine color leads me to believe it may have started life in a Ford pickup or was a replacement motor from Ford back in the day.

I sampled through the dip stick after a thorough drive then sitting for about 30 minutes.

I am open to increasing the viscosity to 20W-50 if that would help with wear, etc.

First let me state categorically that I'm an idiot I finally got around to changing my oil today on our '56 Country Sedan with a 292 Y-block. That's not the stupid part. I removed the oil filter and handed it to my local O'Reily sales person, who handed me back something that looked similar, right exterior dimensions and (here's the part stupid part) I let them toss my old one. I got home and tried spinning it on after removing the old rubber seal and putting a bead of lubricant on the new one. To my surprise, I found that the female treaded part of the filter was just a bit larger than the threaded male part. Crap! Went back to O'Reilly to recover my old one so I'd know what the right size thread needed to be in a new canister. Yup, trash had already been taken out and thrown in the dumpster. Did a little dumpster diving but it was a horror show of oily parts and broken glass and finally gave up. Now I have to shamefacedly ask the Forum if anyone knows what filter I need to order for a 292 Y-block. To be clear, the outside diameter of my old filter was the same as the one I bought. Only the interior threaded part of the filter was just a bit too large to fit the shaft attached to the engine side of the fitting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And note to self, don't throw old parts away until you're sure the new ones fit!

I think I pretty much skipped over all of the T parts but some may have gotten mixed in. But I am not sure what these go to. Some projects take a little longer than they should because I have a full plate. I am also working in a 55 Dodge pickup and have sand cars that need attention.
