Thank you for adding me to your forum. I have a 49 Ford F1 Flathead six cylinder. The previous owner had replaced all of the gauges. The oil pressure gauge is not working. There is no power coming down to the sending unit. I took the wire off and grounded it and still nothing. I ran a test light on one side of the gauge and have power but nothing on the other side of the gauge. I am thinking maybe the gauge is no good. Looking for any ideas that you people might have. Thank you in advance

So some one with no mechanical ability had to move a ‘36 Ford Deluxe Fordor with the parking brake on. Unbelievable as it sounds, they had never seen a parking brake and didn’t know to just pull it slightly, push the top button and release it. So they just forced it forward so the brake peddle is flopping on the floor. They were able to then push the car. I’m able to drive it, but much more brake pedal travel now. The brakes are all mechanical, so they obviously bent something. Can I unbend what they did by pulling hard on the hand brake lever to bring it back? I’m not able to go through the 4 wheels off the ground sequence to adjust the brakes. They were good before this.
