Default leakdown test

Hope I don't double post this. I read up on cylinder leakdown test and also checked an US General tester. The tool comes with a 12mm and 14mm adapter. Is an adapter available to fit the "A" head and one of the mm adapters supplied with the tool?

a tool can easily be made by taking a 3x plug and unscrewing the electrode or a standard plug hollowing it out then weld an air line fitting onto it..
these are two i made for standard modern iron

An adapter is also readily available from any of the 'A' vendors.
