march '29 AA front axle questions
I have a march of '29 AA front axle assembly, Can I swap the spindles for regular A ones? Will the draglink and steering bar fit? If not, what is the difference in king pin diameter?

Re: march '29 AA front axle questions
In Nov 1928 the AA went to different spindles, bearings and hubs than the A.
The earlier trucks were to be upgraded when they went in for service. Bob |

kingpin should be the same as a car as is the spindle bushing inner diameter. id imagine you could swap to all the car stuff but that would require the car spindles, bearings, drum, backing plate (i think? i know the spring perch shock ball is higher on the AA's but not sure what changed brake wise if anything...) are you wanting to use the axle on a car or use the car wheels on an AA? (i would not do the later)
