Re: What year is most correct?
Parts for what? If you are trying to build a car from these parts I would be looking at a 1916. A lot of later parts (particularly the body) will easily interchange. The '14 axle could be used to trade for something else you need, and you could install a relatively cheap later small drum rear axle.

This might be of some help figuring out what you have and which way you want to go.

Re: What year is most correct?
Given the parts you have and especially the early rearend I would go for a 14 car IF you have the cast ears on the rear crossmember. That early frame with the old axle along with an engine that is so similar to a later one would persuade me to make an earlier car. If your frame has a wide stamped crossmember then do as advised and build a 16 and swap that 14 axle for some necessary goodies. It really doesn't much matter. You can always just bolt a bunch of stuff together and have a blast without worrying about the details. I have always had a lot more fun with my jalopys that with my show cars.
