Default 1932 Hot Rod Lincoln V12

I have just registered with the Ford Barn. I have a 1932 Ford with an all steel body I bought from Rod Bod. I have installed a Lincoln V12 flat head engine. As soon as I figure out how to post pictures of the car I will. But you can visit my website to see the car in progress. I live in Tempe AZ. I am sure some of you may already seen the car at various shows here in Phoenix.

Thanks
Frenchy

Pics are dead easy. Upload your pics to a hosting site like Photobucket (it's free) then cut and paste the link from the pic to the reply box here. Photobucket even gives you a choice of links, just choose the one for forums and message boards. Done!

I'd like to see it. Also like to hear what you did to the V12 when you rebuilt it.

Frank, V-12's are not much different than the V-8's just a little more expensive to rebuild. I just did a complete rebuild of my engine for my 39' Lincoln... I would be glad to give any input I can to help you out....Jeff

All these engines need are dual carbs, hi compression heads and an L-100 cam. The sound will make strong men cry!

frenchu dehoux ..........................
It is super simple to post pictures from your computer.
1. Click "Manage Attachments" ( You might have to scroll down to see it).
2. Click "Brouse".
3. Select your photo.
4. Click "Upload".
5. Click "Close This Window".
......You are done !!!!
You can hit "Preview", to see if it came out correctly. If not, just experiment.
You can also post multiple photos by doing 2., 3. & 4., before you do 5 ("Close This Window").
This will post "thumbnail" pictures.
I think that your photos can not be more than 800 pixals wide though, or it won't work.
MIKE

I was going to say I will be getting a matched pair of Holley Lincoln Zephyr V12 script carburetors in the near future as a build one get one free deal. But I see you have some Strombergs on it.

I like your car. I wonder how many people notice the "extra" cylinders??

A few more of the chassis. You will see a stainless tube running across the chassis and stop under the brake light switch this is for the wire for the switch to be running inside of it to the harness so that I do not have any type of wires shown anywhere on the open the same at the rear of the car the stainless tube is for the fuel sending unit wire.

Do the brake master cylinders use a balancing bar of some sort? Can't see from the pics. Beautiful build! DD
