Default Jolly Gosh door hinge pins

Is there any tricks to remove top hinge pin on a 30 coupe, Soaked with crc, tryed drilling from bottom & managed to get 3/4 way up after taking the paint off the post, Tried a suppliers hinge pin remover, stripped that, tried a punch inserted in the hole 1/2 way in & hitting with an FBH.
Still refuses to even move a little, was hoping not to have to take the door off or use the gas axe to heat & stuff the rest of the paint, After 80 years guess its rusted tight, Is there any magic trick or do i use a larger FBH??? Thanks

Some pins may have so much wear that they have a ridge on the outside, which catches on the edge of the hinge. Have someone try lifting and moving the door as you try to drive the pins out.

Up here it is a BFH. If you have it half way out cut the head off the pin and drive it out the bottom. Bob

If you can find some drill bits about 12" - 18" long you can hold them in a bent position (use a leather glove) and drill without fear of the chuck touching your paint.
I have several long bits ranging from 3/32 to 1/4" and they'll bend like a fishing rod without breaking.
I shudder to hear about hammering, as hinges were never designed for that load.
1)A heavy dolly held firmly underneath would be a minimum requirement when hammering.
2)A steel pipe wedged between the hinge bottom and a cement floor is a much better support for beating although you would have to figure out some kind of soft shim (hardwood block) or something so the hinge bottom doesn't get chewed up.

Somehow I'm seeing duct tape in this equation as well.....

Looking at your options I'd take extra care to drill the pin dead center and drill it in 2 or 3 steps till the "shell" can be collapsed with an awl & hammer.
