Re: Will all Veterans please arise.
Hoop, we get it. And we see it differently, that's all. It's like driving down the street and seeing an ARMY bumper sticker you like. You identify with that person and might give him (her) a thumbs up. Me, I love to see an old gent in a restaurant wearing a ball cap with a SeaBees insignia on it. I stop and we reminisce, it's good for the soul. I use a "Can Do" license plate frame, and it makes my day when someone recognizes it.

Re: Will all Veterans please arise.
I get Hoop's message as well now that he properly communicated it. Keep it neutral, clean and Ford and we'll all get along fine. Communication skills are important though. Speak your mind -- don't just throw out provocative crap.

Re: Will all Veterans please arise.
Glad we got this back on track . . . I deeply respect and honor ALL the folks who have served in every branch of our services - I owe more than I can imagine to those.
Also, I do understand where Hoop is coming from - we do need to keep the focus of this site the way it is, the way Ryan intended, etc.. Once we start breaking ourselves into groups, then we can easily start to ruin the culture of this site (one - that has no color, no religion - other than Old Fords, no borders and no political opinion). With that said - this thread is completely appropriate and we didn't get too far off track. Thanks for your service . . . again, I owe you all everything. |

Thought I'd bring this one back again for any to add that missed before.
