Default Vacumn wiper tubing layout

I am rebuilding a 1930 Model A coupe from the ground up. I have a rebuilt
vacumn wiper motor that fits on the outside with all the tubing, fittings etc. that I need to plumb it in, but I am not sure how the inside tubing
is routed. Does the end where the rubber hose end up on the outside of
the header or on the inside. I have not been able to locate a diagram to
see how this is done and my vehicle does not have anything left of its
original wiper system. Any help would be appreicated.
