Well after my last post this morning i started to pull the distributer pulled cap and roter button was checking the back and forth movement and noticed a little black piece of something just barely on top of one of the tabs (did not see it before) I got it out and it was (I think) a peice of the distributer cap there is some excess at mold seems I can only guess that is where it is from. At any rate it was the problem. I do thank everyone for there input. I would like some options on the best points to run . The ones I got from snyders has a plastic foot that rides on the cam lobe. I have found the fiber last longer.
Thanks again
Joe
