If you've selected the "Instant" email option it only notifies you once when a thread is updated. You have to go on the Forum and read the thread to see the newer postings. This also resets the notification so you'll get an email for the newest unread posting.

OK, well I did get a email when you replied, so the function is working for me.

I wonder if your email address is entered incorrectly or was somehow changed. You can check this by clicking on "User CP" (at the top right under the Ford Barn logo) then selecting "Edit Email & Password" from the "Settings & Options" list on the left. You don't have to change anything if it's correct, but (I think) you have to enter your current password if you want to change your email address.

Make sure '[email protected]' is in your safe senders list. Because maybe the emails are being blocked or sent to the Junk folder without your knowledge.

Bill, Try this. Under the Ford Barn logo you will see "User CP". Click on it and you will then see a column titled Your control panel. Scroll down to settings and options. Look for Edit options. Scroll down until you see Messaging and notifications. Scroll down some more and check the blocks for receive email notifications (if you want to get the notification by email) and check show new private message (which will show up when you log in). Tim

The emails are being sent. One of two things is happening:

1. They are going to your spam folder.

2. Your ISP has blocked our emails. This does happen.

OK I have checkd my spam older and never have any emails in there.

How would I find out if the ISP has blocked them ?

Naturally I am not too good with computers yet. I'm, only 67.

Thanks for your help !!!!!!
