Rear wheel bearing Question
Did a search but didn't find a answer to my question. Does any one no the ID of the rear hub for the bearing. And also what is the max. tolerance of the bearing fit. Maybe some one would have a new hub and could measure the ID . Would be thankful for any help.

Re: Rear wheel bearing Question
3-3/16 is listed in the 36 service bulletins for the same bearing the A uses, and there is a sleeve that is used to use the later 36 bearing to correct a worn hub, the area where the seal goes shouldn't have any wear, you can use that to compare, in other publications .010 has been used for wear limits for the axle housing, if your hub and axle wear are less than that it should be ok

Re: Rear wheel bearing Question
I have 2 rear drums that look like Model A drums, but the bearings are smaller than Model As. I think they're V8 but I don't know what year.
