Default 1935 Truck Door with 5 holes across top - info needed

Does anyone have a 1935 truck door (passenger or drivers side) with 5 holes across the top for the door panel push pin retainers? If so, I would like to know the dimensions between each of the holes as exactly as possible. There's another door version with seven holes across the top and I the dimensional information for those holes already so I'm just looking for the 5 hole version.

I don't see anything like that on my '35 pickup. What 'truck' are you talking about? Pickup? or something else?
