Since the subject of turn signals came up you might want to have your wiring harness made with turn signals and two tail lights.

It did originally have a key. I thought the starter button on the dash was original and they just bypassed the key switch. I guess the button on the dash was added later. A vehicle this old is all new to me and I'm learning. Again, thank you for all of the input.

Here is the start button on a 1941 Ford. The key was also to unlock the steering.

Okay, yours is like mine. So the starter button on my dash is most likely original or in the original location? Your emblem on the dash explains the two holes in the center of mine also. That will be added to the shopping list.
