door window glass

How do you remove the rear door glass on a 1935 ford fordor.
I have the panel removed and the window regulator out i can not get the glass to turn to remove it. I was thinking the side chanel have to be removed it so how do they mount. Have to replace the glass in one rear door and one front door,Thanks for any help.
