Wow, working on double A's is a huge undertaking, and it sure aged you.

You took on a challenge that I wouldn't have considered and did a first class job on saving another Model AA from the scrap heap.

John,

Echoing everyone here, what a great job. What I like best is the photo of you when you got the truck. What a grin and what pride on your face even then. A kid's dream come true. Even better is the support you got from others to help you with it.

When I got my first A at age 16, everyone thought I was nuts. I got no support and subsequently never got the car on the road. I sold it when I went to college. It was 45 years before I got another. A priceless experience and something you will treasure forever.

I love the AAs with wire wheels. They are the best.
