NYC climate, do you fill the gas tank till full during winter storage?
How do you fog a Model engine?
Thanks

Make sure the antifreeze is for tempurtures That you have in the winter. you leave it the high that you do when you drive it. Take the battery out store in warm place that is not siting on bear cement.

How about considering NOT storing it?
Join us when we visit the tree at Rockefeller Center, December 26 and there should be some January and February NY Metropolitan area events with The MAFC of Long Island.

'Berryman' makes a fogging oil that is great for all engines. I use this to fog stored as well as seldom used engines. I used it in an outboard four stroke that is not used but a few times a year then stored outside for remainder of year..always performs great. I store flatheads ,sprayed inside and out with this fogging oil to prevent corrosion/freezing up of parts.
Regarding fuel: I fill my model a tanks and liberally install 'sta-bil' gas treatment and am satisfied with the results after long storage periods.
