Space Shuttle
Hey guys, OT I guess but thought I would share. The Space Shuttle Endevour flew over our house yesterday then we watched the final approach to LAX from our upstairs window.
I seen the first one land at Edward AF Base and now the last. And now, back to out regular scheduled program... |

Was quite a site with many TV stations on live coverage all morning. Gives you a proud feeling.

That is a beautiful sight we had it fly over the island on it s way to new york city for the deck of the intrepid its a shame they are endind the space program my dad worked for grumman when they were building the lunar lander he worked on the platform that had the shoes on it so as kids we all watched the landings

I was lucky enough to watch the one head into NY, and the one yesterday. Sort of sad in a way. At one time, the world watched us because we did great things.
