Hello ,I am looking for any Model A' event that would be of interest to member of our group .If there are any events that you think that members from our group would like to attend please let me know so I can post it in our social group.

The above event looks like a great event ,it is a all Ford show for original cars up to 1932 . You can check out the last years event's online .

Model A only show at Durand Union Staion, Durand MI. I do not know the times though, I got it from the Depot website. www.durandstation.org

Kind of bummed, wanted to take my car but I have not found a replacement rear axle yet so I likely won't have it fixed in time.

No I have been trying to keep an eye on Craigslist to snag one cheap from a hot rodder parting out a car or just a local guy. Shipping I figure would not be cheap on something like that.

Shipping should be more than about $20 for just one axle.

If you mean the rear end assembly, then I can understand the fear of high shipping cost.

Not in Minnesota. We just got another foot of snow and another layer of road salt. Just 15 miles south of us they got nothing. At least it will be gone in a couple days, then it's just a matter of two heavy rains to wash the road salt off the roads.

The Grape Country Model A's are having their Annual Safety Check tomorrow. Looks like we will have nice weather for it.
