I think you will find your car is a Victoria and not a victory! It used the common A jack. Waynr

Once again, this information is available in the Judging Standards and Restoration Guide book, available from the two national clubs.

I think you will find that many, many people do not have and can not afford the judging standards. Most Barners are just common people with an old car. Wayne

c-1, c-2, and c-3 jacks . c-1 probably easiest to find, c-2 seems to be the costliest but condition matters. original handles for these jacks are pricey.

I agree, but asking the question here makes more of us interested in the answer. Why would I look this up? I do not own a Vicky. I do not know exactly how to word it, other than it is nice to bounce off information with others. Many of us ask questions here and we are 90 percent sure we know the answers. The fun is in the human contact even if it is not in person...

If everyone owned the judging standards and restoration book I'm sure some questions would not be asked,it's just considerate to answer questions if you can.

I am not sure he was being inconsiderate. He was stating a fact. 2manycars contributes a mass amount to this site and has probably seen every question at least 30 times.Quite often we forget there are newbies and it is their first time seeing it... Great thread on jacks...I oplogize, let's leave it there.

One interesting point is that of all the Model A jacks not one of them have the Ford name on them. There were 8 for the passenger cars and 2 for the AA trucks. This is one of the reasons that the Restoration and Judging standards are mentioned so often. There are many differences in each jack. There is a new up date that could be out as early as next month but I heard it might be later? Norm

I want to thank all you barners for the info on the jack.I am sorry that I do not have access to the judgeing Std. That is way I have to ask. The picture link sent by Bob C showed it all. The bad news is the jack that I have is the one shown for 1925 T. I know that I will have more ? and look forward to reading the FORUM to help this old man. ED

About the last thing a Barner wants to hear is look it up in the Judging Standards. This site is about dialogue. Wayne
