The pictured stand is the later Ford aluminum engine stand which uses a splined shank on the adapters. You can search on www.fordtoolcollector.com. I have uploaded most of the K.R. Wilson catalogs including the 1940 issue. There should be a picture of it. I believe though that the B engine 4 cylinder can use the same adapter as the 1928-31 4 cylinder adapter.
