Need good power steering control valve for a 1962 ford galaxie.

sent it off to "hopefully" have rebuilt. 179.95 plus 23 to have it shipped to Cardone. OWE!!

They are sending it back, saying they couldn't rebuild, no reason given. Lots of shipping cost for nothing.
