Default Reflections inside glass on '31 Coupe

Anyone found a cure for the reflections on the window glass when the sun is low? I have to roll down my window to see clearly in traffic.

If you drive at night, the rear shade helps tremendously to avoid night light reflections if cars are following behind you ..... and ...... the rear window shades are thin enough to still allow drivers to see through the shades and notice that cars are behind you.

Years ago, when i drove my coupe everyday and at night, side windows were never a reflection or glare problem ... the former owner replaced both side glasses with metal R. C. Cola signs ....... not a bad accessory to have when Drive-In theaters were popular.

Opening the windshield helps SOME. I "wonder" if Polaroid glasses would help???

Blinders might help! Like what they use on horses :-) thinking out side the box!

It's one of the pleasures of driving an A. The kids enjoy counting the amount of different sets of lights they see when a car passes at night. Never had a problem during the day really. We drive a Fordor so the amount of lights that pass you makes it seem like a house of mirrors.

If all above options fail to reduce reflections, just be a little patient and wait a few years.

When Model A parts suppliers offer a "Telsa Model A Autopilot Kit" we can all drive our Model As at night with our eyes closed.

Hope this helps.

When faced with the 'windshield glare/reflections' issue I find driving with my eyes closed helps keep the glare and reflections out of my eyes.

The only down-side to this method . . . is that you also don't get to see what all the fuss and hub-bub is with all the yelling, screeching, and other metal-on-metal noises that seem to follow my eye closing.
