Default Can anyone tell by pic what spindles r from

City: Akron
State: OH

Can anyone tell me what this spindle and steering arm goes to. just bought half a kit, and here is the front end. I found pic of 57 f100 with steering arm kind of like that, and can't find pic of spindles anywhere. I tried typing spindle into ebay search, and looking at 10,000 pics, but still no luck. The backing plate has clips kind of like the ones on 49 plymouth. (clips look like they hold brake shoes on) The picture of backing plate is not the one I have, but it looks similar. Please help.

Try posting this on the AACA website in a forum called What's It? They are usually good for an answer.

That axle looks like mid to late mopar tube axle. The brakes are mopar, maybe early 50's.
