2 years ago i installed a ruckstell diff which has been fine but it has just started jumping out of top gear and after tightening the spring in the shifter it still jumps out so can someone help me as it could be more serious. Thank you .I live in New Zealand

in California makes all the new Ruckstell parts. I would get the rebuild book and go from there. Off the cuff I would say tha the teeth are worn to the point on the P146 Sliding Clutch Gear they will not stay engaged in the related parts. I would get the book pull it and give it a good going over.
I would also ask your question;
