OUCH ! ! ! ! If somebody comes to your shop in the next few days looking for a job, it could be the guy (tech) from that dealership.
I'm sure they made more than one.
Good Luck, Paul

Several years ago my sister in law had ordered a car and the delivery was delayed several times. She was quite frustrated. Well the day finally came that they were going to get her car in on the semi. We happened to be having a family function that day and she was there and was all excited that her car was FINALLY going to arrive later that day. Well I got the name of the salesman from my brother and called to their home and left a message pretending to be the sales man. Long story short I left a message that was real cheerful but at the same time letting her know that they had a little problem and well... her car fell off the semi and don't worry we can fix it right up for her in a few days. My brother knew all about it and let her push the button on the answering machine to listen to the message when they got home.
She did forgive me... eventually.

Have you thought of stepping up to a 2500 series? I recommend it.

They dropped it off the lift ?! And then asked if you still wanted it ?! Amazing. They would have to give it to me then.

We never dropped one, but, I sure came close about 40 years ago changing a Chevrolet motor mount. I caught and held the car while someone came and raised the hoist.

Actually they said you don't want this truck:::
i said with baited breath NO S--T.

i never dropped one either (knock on wood) nor ever had an employee tank one..

i worked in ford dealers for 15 years before going out on my own and saw lots of mishaps...
