Default need help for 36 cabriolet

I ordered total top set up from superior car parts $3600.00 6 months ago. they took $1800 deposit but now, 6 months later and many emails, phone calls, promises and excuses, still no parts and no refund.
Does anyone know where I might find top irons new or used? all that remains before upholstery is the folding assembly.

Someone please help!!

Joe

You can probably judge from the lack of response that no one has an answer .
LeBarron Bonney can provide some of what you need but I to don't know of anyone that can supply the lot.I have a contact who can make any sort of hood mechanism but he will need a pattern or a car to do so -and of relevance to you he is in New Zealand as I am -so little help to you All the best Karl

i thought supercarparts, formerly known as girtz, were the only people making roof irons and supplied everyone else like lebaron bonney etc. I would think the only place you will find them is on here or ebay if anyone has any for sale. you could try the other ford suppliers to see if they have a set sitting on the shelf?

I've heard from a couple people that couldn't get an answer via email or phone that they were told by big name dealers that Superior is no longer in business. This is obviously 2nd hand info, but sounds like it could be true. Try Wescotts Auto Restyling in Oregon, Karl may be able to help you, he might even chime in here.
