Canada started using a third (and fourth for AA trucks) alpha prefix in September of 1930 but it was and alpha O and not the number 0. They also started a different numbering procedure that started over each month or three when the prefix changed depending on production needs. CAO started on November 15, 1930 and lasted thru February 9, 1931. It's all in that link. Canada used these forms of serial prefix number combos up into the V8 years as well. CAO5513 would have been early January 1931.
