You're no slacker.
You've done a lot of work this past year or two.
Did you move the spare to the fender, or did it come that way?
I don't see any holes or plugs for the rear mounted spare.

My 31 came to me with a right fender mounted spare, but I wish it was on the rear, because it looks too plain without a spare tire, and I don't want to mount a trunk.

I moved the spare to the fender I had bolts that broke off when removing the carrier so I fixed the holes and I will be putting a trunk mount on the back I have the rear spare mount brkt if you want it just cover shipping I do not think it would be hard to add it then you would have two spares

Mine is a 31 slant windshield Town Sedan, so the spare tire mount may be different than the 1930 Tudor.
