Default Rear quarter Windows

Are the rear windows supposed to roll completely down on a '31 Tudor?

Yes, about 3/4s the way to the bottom like in your picture. The reason they cannot go all the way down is the glass would hit the inner fender panel.

I may have posted too late Brent. Does the picture I posted look right? The way it is now the channel is about as far away from the bumper as the the window is sticking up. So I wasn't sure if the channel should actually go all the way down to rest on the bumper.

My tudor is a '30 but as you must know, there are no major differences between '30 and '31.

My 31 Tudor rear windows disappear when rolled down! Like Brent said if the inner wheel well is pushed in then your windows won't go down!

Thanks Gents. I'll take a second look to see what's the hold up. I thought maybe it was the fuzzy glass channels but maybe it's the wheel well. Thanks again.
