Default power steering for a early FE motor ?

found both of these brackets. i think they were off a 332 or 352 ford FE engine.

the black one has a 1960's part number C4TE-3c511-a

the rusty one has the same bolt pattern on the end i think bolts to the head. has a part number EAM 33559-a . the number 9 is a guess because of the pitting.

is it car or truck?
