It is a Model AA 4-speed transmission. The low in these transmission was very low and commonly called a "Granny gear." It has a power take off but I don't understand the belt system at the rear that is driven by the power take off. Why was the rpm of the power take off increased by the belt drive? The granny gear was good for pulling stumps.

My ‘28 roadster pickup was retro fitted with the AA four speed transmission probably in the early ‘30’s. I really enjoy it especially in parades. With its granny low gear it is nice in a parade. One of the other advantages is the 3rd to 4th RPM drop is a little bit closer ratio than the original 3 speeds huge rpm drop between 2nd and 3rd.

You hit this one on the head. Back flushed the radiator got a solo cup of nut shells and nesting. Got a little out of motor. Used sump pump 3hr on radiator
And two hr on motor. I will try it tomorrow and see what happens.
