Steve, is it the full pad you are making with slots for the pedals, or just a collar for the column?

Tom, Not much room on the "drivers side on a RHD car... Easy to get to the starter tho.

I made my own, using carpet padding. I made the holes smaller and the pad oversized, so it did not shrink with use.

When that TALL SHAG Carpet was the RAGE, folks cut a BIG rug that covered EVERYTHING. Made it COZY & very QUIET!
Better than the COLD LILLOLEUM Chief used. He even used it for DOOR PANELS! It wuz GREEN/BLACK & COLD to lean on!
CAR BLANKETS were "standard" equipment.
