Default Need Help to Identify Model-T Coupe

I'm confused trying to identify the year of this Model-T Coupe. With all the subtle changes and options between model years, I wonder if anyone can give me some clues. I'm guessing 1918 or 1919. These photos, with my grand-uncle, were probably taken in the early 1920's.

Are the two things just below the windshield oil lamp brackets? I'm also curious about the "Lansing" on the radiator. Is that something standard, or did someone just attach it?

By the way, another of my grand-uncles worked for Dodge Brothers in Detroit as a machinist in 1917.
