Default 1926 "T" Motor

What would be a fair price for a 1926 Ford Model T engine/trans that runs, unk miles but doesn't smoke or knock? Has carb and starter but no generator. Does have a distributor instead of commutator. Looks pretty clean. Any advice would be great. Thanks
