Agreed! Wipe it down with some 30W oil after a good bath and itll look like new. Does the gas pedal work? ws

Where in MN?

Be careful who you sell it to if you don't want to see it parted out and sold as pieces on Ebay.

For sure. Quite likely it would draw more money parted out.

In my country about $10,000. Perfectly presentable car, you have to be nuts to burn that.

A fifty year hibernation would take it back to about 1963. That means the little old lady drove it for 37 years. Chances are it's pretty well worn and needs a lot of mechanical work. Rear axle rebuild for sure, and probably engine and transmission too. I expect steering and suspension are loose as a goose. I wouldn't be surprised if the wheels are loose too. Unless it's going to be a static display, new glass is a must. I like Jack's estimate.

What is this, an auction?

Whether or not Lanny accepts your offer is entirely up to him, however, if he cares about what is done with the car after he sells it, then he should know your motivations.

I'd hate to see such an original car parted out, but that's not my decision to make...

hey guys, please don't turn my thread into a pissing match.

I just would like to find out an approximate Fair market value, that's all.

I have had a few PMs from folks here, telling me what they think the value is, but
am hoping to hear from more members, as to what they would want for it, if it were theirs.
I appreciate Your time and input. Thanks fellas.

Just a note to say that the steering is tighter than my friends '99 Taurus he
just picked up, and his Taurus is missing the jack, hell, my "T" still has the
original jack under the drivers seat.

No Jack u don't see my offer, its non of your business, but make the man a offer If u want the car, the more offers for the man the better

Derek, the man knows my intentions, it can be your decision if the car is parted or not, just make the man a good offer.

I just want to get the man the most for the car that he can.

Lanny,
In today's market, and without seeing it up close and personal, a fair price would be around $5000. Being that it is untouched, makes the value more. If you have any questions PM me.
Best,
Paul

I would say 4000. is what I would get for it if it were mine-we have no idea if it runs and how well. Otherwise, it looks like a nice solid car.
