Default loose crankshaft pulley

Just came across a 1933 ford truck with a 1939 flathead run real nice but the crankshaft pulley is loose. The ratchet crank nut is tight but with the belt off you can wobble the pulley by hand. any suggestions will be appreciated.

make sure there is a washer behind the ratchet nut. check to see if what wobbles is the whole thing or just the pulley part itself

Remove the pulley, hopefully the inside of the pulley is worn, BUT, it could be the snout of the crank worn after being run for a long time with a loose pulley. Walt
