Spare tire cover 1933
Gentleman, On a 1933 spare tire cover (rear model 40) when the tread cover is on what would be the approx. space at the bottom (edge to edge) 10" or so? It is not a full circle.

It is not a full circle. I have about 12 3/4" with a 5.25/5.50-17 tire.
