Re: New guy here!
I think he wants to go back and check out the cheerleaders!
If I had a Model A in high school it would probably look exactly the same. When I was a senior in high school I bought a nice original 1960 350 Parilla and painted it candy apple green and silver. It was beautiful, but a couple years later I regretted not leaving the original paint on it. These days I like to keep my machines as original as possible, or at least as original as practical. If I lived in the hot south I'd probably want air conditioning in my Model A, even if it was just a small portable unit and run by Honda generator hanging on the rear. |

Ted, besides the wheels, color and headlights your car looks pretty stock. Your Club shouldn't give you any static over those items. Nice car. What part of the country do you hang your hat? Last edited by Y-Blockhead; 07-23-2016 at 04:37 PM. |

TED
The best thing you ever did was to save the Model A through all the military years and still have it when you got out! |

Thanks everybody for the well wishes! Great to know there's so many like-minded people around here. Yes, I did graduate! I don't think you can get in the military without graduating... |

Re: New guy here!
You don't have to live in the south to want/need an air conditioner. My PU has one.

Re: New guy here!
[QUOTE=Y-Blockhead;1328234]Bill, Alway wonder why you didn't name your latest car "Vermina". That way you would use all the same letters as "Minerva
I DID cut up some extra "MINERVA" stickers, to make a VERMIN sign, I'm CHEEP! Having a Rat Terrier, we're REALLY into the "RAT" humor. Bill W.

Beautiful car, enjoy, and welcome to the Barn. As far as paint and juice brakes, it is your car, and looks to be well done, no harm, no foul.
