What is the difference between the Tudor Sedan vs the Deluxe Sedan?

Re: 1938 ford sedan
Deluxe came with banjo steering wheel, glove box lock, and a clock. Grills were also different, and Deluxe had chrome trim strips instead of hood louvres.

Re: 1938 ford sedan
This is a 1938 Ford DeLuxe. The body for the DeLuxe is similar to the one used in 1939. The body for the Standard is similar to the one used in 1937. DeLuxe and Standard do not share same bodies. A lot of differences.
This is a 1938 DeLuxe. |

Re: 1938 ford sedan
38 Std and Deluxe are really 2 different cars. I don't think that any of the sheet metal is the same. Std body is (I believe) same as '37. Deluxe body is same as '39.
'38 deluxe and '39 std are very close. 39 std and dlxe have same body from cowl back. |

Many people refer to the 38' standard as the "Ugly Duckling" but I love the looks of the 38" standard! |
