Dropping the pan is not hard and many many posts on it. A couple of tricks on getting the gasket right when you put it back in, but again posts on that. I jack the front up about 4-6 inches with jack stand the axle. More room underneath which makes things a bit easier.

Having read all theses posts, how in the world would it be possible to find ANY timing marks on either gear with the radiator in place? Can’t even be seen without a radiator blocking the line of sight!!! Don’t tell me Les Andrews is wrong and I have to remove the radiator!!!
