That was a great video. Another good reason not to restore... We have done a couple of
dirt road tours but the longest one was about 20 miles, It would be fun to do another. When I was a teenager and before I restored my car we were driving it around with no fenders or hood on it and doing some 4wd jeep trails. A couple of times we sort of got stuck, but just jumped out and lifted the rear end of the car over a bit and kept going, went thru a few streams also, it was great. |

i believe that picture shows a form of preservation with accessories. Popular among VW enthusiasts.
