Default Sheet metal Question: 29 Murray TS

Bottom of the back sheet metal where attached to the back wood subrail must have rusted out at some point. Evidence of Bondo patch in the past. Does anyone know if a patch is available for this? Do I need a body shop?

I don't recall seeing a patch panel for that area. Call Bert's in Denver to see if they have spare piece from a donor car.
