In Kansas and probably most states, it is illegal for flashing red lights (that means stop and proceed with caution) but flashing amber lights are OK. They indicate a caution ahead which includes road construction or slow moving vehicles such as tractors and farm equipment or in our case a Model A Ford. Let the people behind know something is different ahead. Especially at night.
