It wouldn't be for me, I cant afford it. However, my opinion, Victorias run 'all over', especially high as finished cars. I know of one that was in mid/high triple digits as a finished car. My point is, wouldn't make much difference if it was 7 or 14 as a starting point. This will be a small fraction when finished.
I offer what I spent on a sedan as a reference. Initial price becomes more-or-less irrelevant. It's expensive, even if you start at zero.
