Yes, the pin is removed from the clevis arm where the brake rod attaches.
We've discovered some play where the clevis arm is attaches to the horizontal operating shaft. Elongated holes. There is a 1/4" diameter bolt in there now. We're considering drilling that out to 7mm, if we can find a 7mm bolt at TSC.
