Tod, thanks for sharing those videos.

The video about pouring the block was great. I enjoyed the explanation on screen and the Led Zeppelin music.The one entitled machining the block seemed to be more about assembly than machining.

Have a couple questions:

1. Is the block poured from new material or can/did you melt down an original block or two for the material?

2. How do you check to see if the material flowed into every place it should have? Perhaps you could use Tom Wesenberg's invention to check for cracks and leaks by using air pressure.

3. I'd love to see a video that shows how the machining is done. Any other videos coming up?
