When the Mustang was released here a very few years ago, it scored only 2 out of 5 stars safety rating. One of its downfalls I am told is the weak rear end which leaves the fuel tank vulnerable(no one can put a tow bar on it - too weak). I am sure the pinto was never sold here. I wonder if the Mustang shouldn't be the same.
