Insulated the fuel line from the pump to the carb on my '35 V8. Also plan to place the Phenolic carb spacer between intake manifold and carb for further cooling. I was on a drive last week and came upon road construction... sat waiting for 10 minutes on the 'go ahead signal' from the flag man when the engine stumbled to a stop. Vapor lock. The backup electric pump solved the issue quickly by refilling the line, but I hope to reduce the need for that in the future with these upgrades,
